Keep your crew's certifications current
When a site lead asks for proof of training, you want to find it in seconds, and you don't want to find out at the gate that someone's card ran out last month.
Certifications crews often carry
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 cards
- First aid, CPR and AED
- Forklift and aerial lift operator certification
- Fall protection, confined space and scaffolding training
- Trade certifications and site-specific orientations
Some of these don't expire but need refreshers on a schedule your employer or client sets. Track the refresh date the same way.
One list for the whole crew
In Renewals, add each person, then add their tickets under their name. You see who's expired, who's due in 30 days and who's fine, at a glance. Filter the list to one person when they ask what they need to renew.
Reminders that reach the right person
You get every reminder. On Pro, each person can also get an email about their own tickets, with replies coming straight to you, and a link to stop the emails if they want.
Common questions
Do my crew need to sign up?
No. Only you have an account. They just get reminder emails if you add their email and switch that on.
Can I show a client my crew's training?
Yes. Make a share link with the tickets for the people on that job. The client sees each one's status and expiry date.
What if someone leaves?
Remove them from your list. Their documents stay in your records with their name, so you still have the history.
General information. Training requirements differ by state, industry and site, so check with OSHA, your state and your clients.
